Yeah get Fred to do his own cooking show. It is a twist on the Bread and Butter Pudding but with the addition of the Blueberries. I'd like to have a go at baking this but I'd be the only one that could eat it as my husband has an egg elergy.

Looks yummy, but that dish is more like what they call an "Enchurito." Half enchilada ingredients on the inside, held by a flour tortilla rolled up like a burrito on the outside. Its like the Enchilada and Burrito had a kid. 😅 🌯 🌶🧀
